Our mission
To provide a safe, temporary shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness in Vincennes, Indiana, offering a place of rest, nourishment, and support to foster a pathway toward independence and self-sufficiency.
Our vision
We envision a community where homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring. Through immediate shelter, supportive services, and connections to long-term solutions, we help individuals rebuild their lives and move toward a safe, stable place to call home.
Who we serve
We serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Vincennes and Knox County, Indiana. Our guests are neighbors, people working through job loss, housing crises, health challenges, and hard seasons, and every one of them is met with dignity and respect.

How we help
Temporary shelter
Our shelter offers a safe, temporary place to sleep for people experiencing homelessness in Vincennes. Guests are treated with dignity and respect while they work toward their next step. Availability may vary, please call ahead.
Nutritious meals
Volunteers and community partners prepare and serve meals for shelter guests. A warm meal is often the first step toward rest, stability, and trust.
Case management
Every guest is supported in identifying their goals and the barriers in their way. Case management connects people with local agencies, documents, benefits, employment resources, and the practical steps that lead out of crisis.
Housing navigation
Moving from shelter to a stable home takes more than a lease. We help guests search for housing, work with landlords, and prepare for a successful, lasting transition to a place of their own.
Emergency warming and cooling support
